This photo released by Sotheby's Auction House in New York, Thursday, March 6, 2008, shows an 1864 letter that was hand written and signed by former President Abraham Lincoln. The letter was Lincoln's reply to a woman who mailed him a petition signed by American school children asking him to free America's 'little slave children.'
